Cancel Orders and Returns without Reason
Up to 14 days from delivery we offer an unreasoned return for most of the orders (excluding customised items). Your item must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The gift needs to be returned together.

Please be aware that we will not accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return.You must return the product(s) within 7 days immediately after we send you the cancellation confirmation email. Returned goods need to be carefully packaged. Please write the following information on a slip of paper and send it with your return.
Order number, Name, Email and Phone number
The right of return only applies to saleable products that have not yet been put to use. If you have any additional questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us through customer service. We will help you all the way through the return procedure.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges for the order will not be refunded, we highly recommend you to carefully measure your nails and check your order before purchasing. If the gift is not returned, we will deduct certain amount when refunding.
Supplements for lost nail tips
If the nail piece is lost or damaged, and need to make up one, you can contact customer service to order a supplement. Because the design of each nail is different, the price of the supplement is also different. The price is determined by the complexity of the workmanship. You need to bear the shipping costs, or ship with your new order.
