Shipping policy
Minimum order amount
The value of the products included in the order must be at least 20€. Unfortunately, due to packaging and shipping costs, we are unable to deliver products purchased for less than 20€.
Delivery Time
Most of our products are handmade and have a certain working time, so there are pre-orders and in-stock items. Your order may therefore be: a) in-stock order, b) pre-order or c) mixed order.
a) In-stock orders
We try to dispatch all orders within two business days. If the dispatch of an order is delayed for any reason, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. After we hand over the package to our carrier, delivery usually takes about 1-3 business days depending on your location.
b) Pre-Order
We will write the pre-sale item duration in the item detail page, if there is more than one pre-sale item in the order, the pre-sale period will be based on the item with the longest duration in the order. If the dispatch of an order is delayed for any reason, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after all items have been completed. Delivery with us usually takes about 1-3 business days depending on your location.
c) Mixed Orders
When there are both in-stock and pre-sale items in an order, the default is to wait for the pre-sale items to be completed and shipped together. The pre-sale period is based on the product with the longest working period in the order. If you would like to have your order partially shipped in advance, orders over 100 euros can be shipped directly by contacting our customer service, while orders under 100 euros will be subject to an additional shipping fee. We will dispatch the order within 1-2 working days after the completion of all items. Delivery usually takes about 1-3 working days depending on your location.
Delivery Methods and Fees
We ship products via Posti or Matkahuolto to addresses in Finland with home delivery or to a pick-up point of your choice. You can easily choose the shipping method and pick-up point during checkout.

Posti Parcel Point
Delivery is free for orders over 59€. Pick up your order at the Posti machine or Posti pick-up point of your choice. When your parcel arrives, you will receive pick-up instructions by text message.Posti’s dense network and long service hours in shops and shopping centres in the evenings and at weekends ensure that you can collect your parcel close to you at a time that suits you best. The nearest Posti machine may even be located in your own housing association. In this case, you will receive your parcel in the lobby of your own block of flats at the same price as a normal postal parcel, i.e. without the additional cost of home delivery.
Posti Home Delivery
Posti delivers your order as a climate-friendly Posti Green shipment to the address of your choice. Before delivering your order, Posti will call the recipient of the parcel to agree on the most suitable delivery time.
Matkahuolto Lählä package (pick-up and drop-off points)
Delivery is free for orders over 59€. The order will be delivered on a working day to the recipient’s nearest (or the customer’s chosen) Matkahuolto pick-up point.
You can collect your Matkahuolto parcel from more than 1,100 pick-up points throughout Finland.
Matkahuolto Jako parcels (home delivery)
Orders are delivered to the recipient on working days nationwide. For consumer customers, the delivery time is agreed in advance by phone or SMS.
